Clean rivers Experience

March 22, 2021 is World Water Day, which we have been commemorating for many years.

The theme of - world water day or 2021 is "Water and Sustainable Development". It is important to point out how water is connected to all areas of life, taking into consideration the future we want to create. (UN) water

We are extremely proud that on this day we can introduce our activities to young people and encourage them to do something together with us for the beauty of our nature and for the rare riches that not only our planet hides, but also the beautiful nature of Slovakia, watercourses , rivers, lakes here in Slovakia.

First of all, we would like to say that we are facing a societal problem, which we already feel both locally and in Slovakia. We do not have seas and oceans in Slovakia, and perhaps that is why we think that this problem does not concern us. But we can't forget one thing, everything has to do with everything, and the fact that we don't have the seas here doesn't mean that they weren't here before. Yes, there was also a sea and active volcanoes in Slovakia. (There is currently no active volcano in Slovakia. There are plenty of extinct volcanoes, but many of them are only in the form of weathered remnants of the original volcanoes, others are hidden deep under the sediments of the Danubian Lowland.)

But one thing is very important to know, water is everywhere and will be, but it will not matter in what composition. It is connected either underground, in the atmosphere, or within a river flow. Every water flows through our planet and flows somewhere.

So the top of the glacier that I see with the naked eye is bigger than we can imagine. The problem is huge and only we on earth can solve this problem, only together we can eliminate what we get from us and thanks to our consumption into the water.

We know that the population is growing, but what does not grow is the planet.

So, if there are always more and more inhabitants on the planet, the beautiful green clean area will decrease due to urbanization and the infinitely huge waste produced from the consumption of society must be eliminated.

We came into the world as minimalists and we will leave it the same, everything else we produce during life on Earth will remain here and we will leave behind the waste that remains here, its decomposition is difficult and some decomposition takes longer than human life on this earth.

I just want to remind you that thanks to our conscious decision-making, we are able to eliminate waste, create and at the same time protect our planet, our rivers, our waters and the entire ecosystem on this planet.

Why is the water so important, and where do we find it?

I would like to invite you to two places that we will definitely find in our surroundings, where we live. One is a city and the other one is a forest, a grove, or just a piece of green space in your area.

We both see common elements. What is common is that something huge can grow on a piece of land. On the one hand there are houses, dwellings for the life of people and on the other there are plants, trees for the life of animals living in this environment.

I am attaching lines to listen to the sound city a forest. (something to compare, the sound for our senses and our decision is up to us to choose).

Another similar element is energy, in houses it is light, electronic, etc., energy that drives everything around us and other, the one hidden in nature, the energy of life that flows and fills us. We consider both a place of rest, relaxation. A place where we need to recharge ourselves with the energy of life, as man is a part of nature and only in it he can really absorb pure natural energy, air, water, sun and he succeeds this in a natural environment and not in his home, which is located in the center of noise and chaos.

We realized these experiences and, thanks to our holistic view of society, the problem of the oceans and the problem of human disease have created a team that focuses on this topic in an innovative, creative way and combines their experience into the creative project Clean Rivers Experience.

We managed to complete many interesting activities in Slovakia, involve cities and municipalities and, thanks to volunteers, connect the activity to international activities.

The Clean Rivers Experience project is an experiential activity.

An event called Clean Rivers Experience is taking place on the banks of many watercourses worldwide, in which Slovakia is also involved.

Its goal is with experiential form to focus on the protection of waters and watercourses during a walk through nature. The main goal is to point out the global problem of water pollution and unite thanks to this idea. And in this way, we fight against excessive consumption of society and support activities aimed at prevention and a zero-waste lifestyle. We combine art, activity, life and experience into one piece.

We are glad that we joined this idea and devoted our time together in various cities also outside Slovakia to topics such as the protection of our watercourses.
